I’m not sure I understand your question….. are you asking for quantity or quality, or are you asking about a single supplement that has the most of those two?
If you’re looking for food sources, try oranges and milk. Nothing has enough of both of those to be sufficient enough.
If you’re looking for quality, there are dozens of high quality vitamin companies out there, so you could just ask the company that you want to buy from how their quality measures up and how they can prove it. They should have a good rating with either the USP or the GMP, as those are the main ratings for companies in the U.S. (GMP is world-wide, USP is only in the U.S.).
If you’re looking for quantity, you can find virtually any brand of vitamin C that has 1,000 mg in a pill or up to 600 mg of Calcium in a pill (make sure you don’t take more than 600 mg of Calcium at any given point in time, as your body can’t absorb more than that). If you are looking for the two of them together, you’re probably looking for a buffered vitamin C (it’s got the two together so that the acidity of the vitamin C is removed by the Calcium, but not the effect).
Personally, I prefer to get my supplements from Swanson Health Products (which has all of those options available) because of their low prices and high quality products, but many companies out there have good enough quality.
Be sure to look for Calcium Citrate and not Calcium Carbonate. Carbonate form is not very absorbable and interferes with absorption. It is important to have a balance of magnesium with the calcium, as well as vitamin d.
Calcium from dairy products is also not very absorbable. Dark leafy green veggies are a good source from food.
Vitamin c is good in most forms, unless you are sensitive to acid. Then you would want Ester-C.
Multivitamins contain vitamin C and calcium.
Calcium ascorbate complex contains 900 mg of vitamin C and 100 mg of calcium.
Calcium supplements usually contain vitamin D as well because more vitamin D helps to absorb more calcium.
